You will need a medical license if your company is going to provide medical services according to the List of Works and Services for rendering Medical help needed. The official authority responsible for issuing medical license is Federal body for control in public health and progress in social issues. The same body is responsible for prolongation and reissuing of medical licenses.

License for medical activity has period of effect of five years. Decision on issuing the license must be taken within 60 days from the filing of the full package of documents to the responsible governmental body.

Draw your special attention to the fact that rendering of cosmetological services does not need a special license because in Russian legislation three is no such notion as “License for cosmetology” and cosmetological activities are provided under usual medical license.
